We invite all members of the Easton family to attend a special event next month in New Orleans. Warren Easton High School will host a press conference and pep rally to celebrate the 95th anniversary of its 1913 opening in Mid-City on Saturday, September 27 at 11:00 am.
A highlight of the event wi ll be the appearance of NFL San Francisco Forty-Niners' team owner Dr. John York, whose Foundation will make a significant donation to Warren Easton’s new school-based health clinic, set to open in 2009.
Dr. York will be accompanied by a team of Bay area volunteers and donors, who won a trip on the team plane by making a contribution to Easton. While visiting the school they will also paint students’ lockers on the third floor. The 49ers play the New Orleans Saints the next day in the Superdome.
